'''Camocim''' is a beach town in western Ceara. Parts of its more glorious past as an agriculture export port can be felt if walking in the area near the former train station. This era came to a halt when the river changed its course, and ships could no longer pass its mouth. Today its a genuine Cearense fishing town.
