You're probably best off getting there by car. Most people will pass it on their from the Loch Lomond NP to Perth, Stirling or Edinburgh, or vice versa.

  • The Famous Grouse Experience. 1764 656565. _5 pp for a pretty basic tour of the distillery. couple of pounds more if you also want to do the hitech interactive show. This distillery produces the blended scotch whisky of the same name, as well as the Glenturret single malt.

  • The distillery's shop. Somewhat of a tourist trap.

  • The Shampan. A Bangladeshi restaurant, friendly service, excellent food, good value. Well worth a visit.
  • The Bank Restaurant. A very good restaurant on the High Street, although not cheap.
  • The Gallery Restaurant. Traditional restaurant on Hill Street. Tea-time special from 5PM–6.30PM.
  • Tower Hotel. Hotel on the High Street, serving from a varied menu in the bar or restaurant. Wear a kilt on a Sunday for a free drink.
