The Pergamonmuseum has some incredibly beautiful archeological finds and takes its name from an altar built in Pergamon, a Greek city in modern-day Turkey. In the Christian Bible, the Book of Revelations refers to the altar as the throne of Satan. Also, Pergamon houses Nebuchadnezzar II's Ishtar Gate, another enormous architectural wonder painted with hues of dark blue.
The Altes Museum houses a collection of Egyptian artifacts, most famous of the artifacts is a bust of Egyptian Queen Nefertiti.
