  • '''Guanwu Recreation Area''' (_V___V_e__) as one of its three recreation areas within the park. This place is the only approach to climbing '''Dabajian Mountain''' (___P___R), one of Taiwan's Top 100 Mountains. But unfortunately, the linking road from Hsinchu was severely damaged by a typhoon in 2004, posing the potential for landslides, so this recreation area is still 'temporarily' closed as of 2009.
  • Miaoli County

  • '''Shei-pa National Park Visitor Center''' (___P_____________|), 100 Shueiweiping, Fuxing Village, Dahu Township, Miaoli County, [http://www.spnp.gov.tw/english/], is located in Dahu Township, Miaoli County, near the Taian Township. It is the Headquarters of this national park. The Visitor Center is equipped with a display hall, audio-visual room and gift shop. There is the best place to understand anything of the park within a short time. The Visitor Center is open from 09:00 to 16:30, closed on Mondays.
  • '''Syuejian Recreation Area''' (_____V_e__), is set up on the northwest side of national Park. It is placed near the Taian Township of Miaoli County. Being the newest developed location in the park, its traffic conditions are often not good.
