Walk...
Day 1: Moskenes to Reine
Walk(5 km) by the local road or take the local bus to Reine. In Reine you can rent a cabin, but is often taken or expensive (about 600 NOK per night), so you should make a reservation weeks, even month, before you leave.
Day 2: Activity day in Reine
Spend some time in Reine fishing or take a boat safari.
Day 3: Reine to Vindstad/Bunesstranda
Take the daily boat from Reine to Vindstad, called _gFjordskyss_h. The boat leaves in the morning, so check out departure times. Spend some time in Vindstad, and see how the locals live. From Vindstad follow trail to Bunesstranda, a white beach with incredible views and relaxing surroundings. Spend the night here in your tent.
Day 4: Vindstad/Bunesstranda to Munkebu
From the beach go back to Vindstad. Take the same boat you came with to Forsfjord. You should tell the boat driver where you are going, and he will drop you off at the right place (by an old power station). In Forsfjord, follow the umarked trail from the power station up to the small lake Tennesvatnet. From here, find the marked trail going to Munkebu. Spend the night at the Munebu cabin (a DNT cabin).
Day 5: Munkebu to Hermannsdalstinden and back to Munkebu
This moderately difficult trail takes about 7-8 hours and is partly marked with red T_fs. The trail leads you from the cabin at Munkebu to the top of Hermannsdalstinden(1029 m), with spectacular views over most of Lofoten, and back down again to Munkebu. The trail is marked by [http://www.turistforeningen.no/ The Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT)], but for your own safety you should bring your own map. You could buy these maps in the Lofoten region.
The following trail description assumes that you have a map. From the Munkebu cabin, follow the trail to map point 413. From there follow trail passing between the two small lakes Krokvatnet and Tennesvatnet up to map point 448. From there continue down to Krokvatnet and up to between map point 536 and 650. From here continue to the top. In some parts it is necessary to do some easy climbing, but you will not need climbing equipment. Be sure you are not afraid of heights before starting.
Follow the same trail back to Munkebu, and spend the night in the Munkebu cabin.
Day 6: Munkebu to Moskenes
Follow unmarked trail from Munkebu to Moskenes and take the ferry to Bodo.
