Alice is a very small rural town in Cass County, in the southeastern area of North Dakota. It has a population of about 56 people. Elevation is 1,125 feet and coordinates are latitude 46.76 N & longitude 97.79 W.

Alice was named for the wife and daughter of R.B. Lewis, a one-term lieutenant governor of ND and a banker from Fargo. It was incorporated in 1900.
