Get in

Located at the crossroads of US 60 and Missouri 37. You can access Monett from Springfield on US 60. There is also a connection to Monett from Mt. Vernon and Interstate 44 south on State Highway "H". From Joplin you would take Interstate 44 East and then Missouri 37 to Monett. From Arkansas you will arrive from the south on Missouri 37.

Get around

The best way to get around is by car. Monett is a small town and you can park and walk all of the downtown area.

  • '''City Park''' On the south side of town is very nice. It is 75 acres and you can hike, swim in the Olympic size pool. Cook out on a grill and children are allowed to fish in the small lake. There is a casino that is available to rent for family gatherings and special events. It has nature trails, exercise trails, 4 lighted tennis courts and 1 lighted basketball court.

  • '''18 Hole Golf Course''' On the south side of town across from the City Park. It has Bermuda grass fairways and nice rolling hills. If you are a golfer, then this is a must do.
