'''Gurudwara:''' Every year thousands of Sikhs, from all over the country flock to Nanded to pay respects to ''Takht Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib''. The Gurudwara trust is gearing up for the tercentenary celebrations, scheduled for October 2008. Its about 10 mins away from the railway station.

'''Kaleshwar temple:''' Its a Shiva temple, on the banks of river Godavari. You can even get some primitive boating experience in a huge saucer-shaped vessel. Its actually in the village Vishnupuri, on the outskirts of Nanded.

'''Bhagya Nagar:''' It is synonymous with excellent pani-puri, though you also have other choices like pav bhaji,kulfi,bhel.

'''Dinshaws ice-cream parlor:''' Though the ice-creams he keeps are not too great, the names and the garnishings are exotic. 'Death by chocolate','Titanic','Lady in Red','Golden dust' are some of the ices on the menu.

'''Bake shop:''' One of the few places in Nanded with a western decor. If you go at the right time, they might be playing some golden oldies. As the name suggests, it stocks pastries,cakes and cookies, pizzas,burgers, and some excellent cold coffee. Its right beside the dump,opposite the main bus station.
