Atlantis Island [http://www.atlantisislandcondos.com] (573-365-4747) is located in the North Shore region of the Lake Of The Ozarks at the 3.5 mile marker. The island was once referred to as Hawaiian Island. In 2005, Atlantis LLC, started development on the 7.5 acre property. The island, now known as Atlantis Island, features a condominium complex which will consist of 8 main buildings: Apollo, Pegasus, Jupiter, Zeus, Venus, Neptune, Orion, and Mars. The open floor plans consist of units that range in square footage from 1,318 to 1,999, not including the covered terrace. The majority of units are 3 bedroom with 2 bath, with the largest being a 4 bedroom with 4 bath.
Amenities on the island include a Promenade encircling the island that will be a half mile level walking path, a zero entry pool with poolside Italian Frescoes painted by award winning artist Joyce Everheart, and an Upper Piazza.
The Island Hopper ferry shuttles vehicle traffic between Atlantis Island and the shoreline.
